La instructora fitness, Jess Nadine, toma fuerza en redes sociales por su peculiar forma de hacer ejercicios y de demostrar cómo hacerlos.

Su lema es claro, es facilitar el aprendizaje de quienes quieren cambiar su estilo de vida a uno más saludable.

"Ayudo a los chicos y chicas a hacer una transformación mientras se divierten con ejercicios energizantes", señala Nadine en sus redes.

Do you want the PANCAKE to PEACH transformation? ? ⠀ Here’s my 5 top booty building tips: ⠀ 1️⃣Take squats off the pedestal. Replace it with an exercise where you feel maximum GLUTE contraction. For me, this is hip thrusts using the smith machine and swiss ball. 2️⃣Stop doing the same exercises on repeat. Our bodies adapt, so switch it up and keep it fresh! 3️⃣Spice it up with different stances, heights, equipment. Just by adding a band, widening your stance or incorporating a platform can make you hit the sweet spot of burning booty land. 4️⃣Perform proper activating exercises BEFORE you begin your workout. Fire up them glutes before, believe me you aren’t wasting your time. 5️⃣Time under tension. This is not the time to be a gazelle, slow it down! The shake from tension and the squeeze from contraction are two things you should be experiencing every booty day! ⠀ This it a real juicy circuit that had me shaking, squeezing, and sweaty like crazy. I used only the smith machine and switched up my regular movements to really challenge myself. ⠀ To try: each exercises for 5 sets, 12 reps each (or per side). ⠀⠀ If you want to plump the peach while ditching some body fat then get your booty registered for our next MyBody Challenge! Do you have outfit goals? ⠀ Is there an outfit that you’ve always said you’ll buy once you drop a few dress sizes or shed your everlasting winter weight? ⠀ Can I be real with you for a second? ⠀ It has nothing to do with your dress size and everything to do with the size of your confidence. ⠀ Clothes, they come in all sizes for a reason - so that every person can wear them. Crop tops? Yup, they come in XL too. The thing is, we often think that once we hit a goal weight we are going to be able to slide into whatever clothes we want and feel sexy as f*ck. ⠀ The reality? If you haven’t worked on YOU (you know, that little voice inside your head that constantly told you weren’t pretty enough or good enough in your former size) then you’ll never rock that crop top. ⠀ It’s not about size. Think about how many “skinny” or “goal bodies” never wear crop tops and will openly tell you they aren’t confident enough. Then, think about how many beautifully curvy women rock crop tops and radiate confidence, making you say, “dang, I wish I had her confidence”. ⠀ If you are chasing an outfit, I dare you to start chasing confidence. I promise you’ll reach the crop top a heck of a lot faster with this route. ⠀ Oh, and this outfit - it’s what spurred this post idea. It’s head to toe @tilyoucollapse and I can’t even count how many messages I got from women yesterday saying they “wish” they could wear something like this. Well, your wish is granted, you can. There’s literally nothing stopping you from putting it on, other than your inner mean girl who tells you that you can’t (until you lose a few pounds). ⠀ So, let me ask you now- do you have outfit goals or confidence goals?
